We started our cooperation with a detailed review of the client's business. The first step was to audit the business and website. We identified weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. Then our team developed a customized digital strategy:
1) We analyzed competitors to understand the market situation, assess competitors' strengths and weaknesses, find growth points for the project, and delve into the topic. To take into account in our further strategy what we need to emphasize in this topic.
2) Installed and configured Facebook and Google analytics to further track traffic and monitor website performance.
3) Created a client portrait, analyzed the target audience based on data about it’s pain points, and segmented it into groups from which we will form target groups for effective optimization and search for the best advertising connections. We identified key offers for advertising.
4) Analyzed the landing page and made changes to increase conversion and website loading speed.
5) Created advertising creatives for launching on Facebook/Instagram, as well as copywriting for ads. We developed 2 packages of creatives: 1 - for product presentation and sales, 2 - separately for remarketing, for those who visited the site but did not leave a request.
6) Launched Facebook advertising campaigns for cold audiences, as well as remarketing.
7) We optimized advertising campaigns on a daily basis. We analyzed the necessary ad metrics, tracked their effectiveness, and made further changes to keep the cost and quality of leads in line with KPIs.
